Schools are issued checks twice each year, in December and April.
The December check will include all Box Tops earnings accrued from March 2nd to November 1st , as long as the earnings at that time total $20.00 or more. (If the total is less than $20.00, this amount will be carried over and paid in the April check.) The April check includes Box Tops earnings accrued from November 2nd through March 1st.
Please note that checks are mailed to the school and issued to the school. Checks cannot be sent to any other address or addressed to any other person including the PTO, PTA, or directly to a Coordinator.
