Payments will be made twice each school year, by December 31st and by April 30th . Each payment will include amounts earned by schools from the Clip program, the Box Tops for Education App and from any form of Bonus Box Tops.
The December payment will reflect the amounts confirmed from March 2nd through the following November 1st, and the April payment will reflect the amounts confirmed from November 2nd through March 1st. Schools that accrue total earnings of less than $20.00 from March 2nd through the following November 1st will not be issued a December payment. Instead, those earnings will carry over and a payment will be issued for the entire school year to those schools in the April payment.
Please note that checks are mailed to the school and issued to the school. Checks cannot be sent to any other address or addressed to any other person including the PTO, PTA, or directly to a Coordinator.
